My cousin posted this video on her Facebook page and I can't stop thinking about it. Her friend, Carrie, lost her battle with Leukemia and this is a picture montage that her husband put together. I watched it the night she posted it and I bawled...and bawled...and bawled. I just kept thinking of her children and my own children and the fragility of life.
This is such a moving and powerful tribute to her life as a woman and a mother. I'll let the video speak for itself. And after you watch it, go hug your kids and tell them how much you love them. And maybe say a prayer for Carrie's children, husband and family.

How sad I guess your blog says it all This Present Life, thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteOff to hug my kids right now!:)
ReplyDeleteWe sometimes forget in the business of life that it can all be over in a heartbeat. Let this be a reminder to pause, hug our children, our spouse, and take a moment to smell the roses.

ReplyDeletei love my family, good times and bad.
that is soooo sad. my worst nightmare is not being there to see all the things that happen- big and small- in my kids life. i was away this weekend, and when i asked my son how his t-ball game was he replied with, "mom, you were missing." it broke my heart. i don't want to be "missing".
