Truth Be Told Tuesday #5

Happy Tuesday friends! Welcome to another edition of "Truth Be Told Tuesdays" where we all share our real life truths with each other in an effort to support one another in our imperfections.

As my semi-annual dentist appointment approaches, I figured I'd share a truth related to my teeth ☺

Truth Be Told, I start flossing my teeth about a week before my dentist appointment because I don't want the hygienist to think I don't floss everyday. After my appointment I swear I am going to keep up with it...but I never do.

I mean, seriously, I'm lucky I brush my teeth twice a day (usually). Flossing is a luxury I just don't have time for right now. Are you with me on this one?

Ok, now it's your turn. Tell us your truth! And spread the word so everyone can join in on the fun (Facebook about it, Tweet it, blog it, text it, etc....).

P.S. Sorry this is late, I was having computer problems this morning and then I took my birthday boy to the mall for a special train ride :)

  1. Ok truth be told.... it actually has been a few years since I've even been to the dentist! There. I said it. Phew. Glad to get that off my chest. now I can go make an appointment....sometime.

  2. I LOVE truth be told :)..truth be told I have'nt been to the dentist in 3 years *sheepish grin*

  3. Truth be told, I farted on the bus and blamed my son!! :-)

  4. t b t, i fail to wash my face before heading to bed. every new years, i swear i will end this tradition, only to gonk out at midnight with mascara and blush smeared across my face.

  5. That exact post could have been written about me. Oh yeah, and I would have to add in how I only go to the dentist once every couple years. I am seriously overdue as we speak. I am an anti-dentite (Seinfeld anyone ??).

  6. oh my freaking gosh! i am so happy! reading all these comments and your post- i mean not happy that you guys are not taking care of your teeth properly, but happy that i am not alone! i went to the dentist last spring for the first time in cough cough 6 1/2 years. thank goodness i had no cavities but i was so embarrassed. now i am going again every 6 months, but the flossing thing- yeah that happens maybe twice a week.

I LOVE to hear from you guys! You all are the GREATEST! (And I love to reply to comments so make sure you have an email address attached to your Blogger Profile!)
