Truth Be Told Tuesday #7

Happy Tuesday, everyone! Tuesdays are one of my favorite days because I LOVE to read all of your truths! In case you're new to Truth Be Told Tuesday, it's a day for us all to share some real life truths in an effort to support one another in our imperfections. And remember to spread the word (Facebook, blog, Twitter) so everyone can join in on the fun!

Truth Be Told, I am so embarrassed to admit that I have tooted in yoga class. It might not be such a big deal except that the class consists of only about 5 people so it's not exactly like you can hide the fact that it was you! It used to happen often after having children (you can relate, right? please tell me you can relate...) and I had absolutely no control over it. I hope you all don't think less of me because of these little indiscretions ;)

Ok, now it's your turn! Tell us your truth...

  1. Oh I can totally relate? I remember feeling so embarrassed after having my daughter because I couldn't control my flatulence!
ANYWAY.....well truth be told, today I am in my pjs and it's 9:30...and I probably won't get a shower in (or change) until the little one naps....at 1:30. Awesome.

  3. Ha ha! I can totally relate! If you were ever next to me on the treadmill, you would experience the same fate.
Truth be told, I often sleep in the same white layering tank top I wore all day long. It's just easier.

  5. i do the same exact things with tanks that ali does. i just take off my bra and i don't even take off the tank to do so... just unhook and pull through the armhole!
as for bodily functions... i teach several classes that have plyometrics and let's just say i have to be careful about not wetting my pants on those jumping jacks. i've never tooted in my class (i have held it in!) but i have definitely peed a little. :)

  6. Firstly, OMG is that you doing the headstand???!!! I'm so jealous that I'd gladly toot in public to be able to manage that pose. Truth be told, I don't wash my hair every day because it's so long. That's not the problem. Sometimes I forget how many days have gone by without washing and I just keep putting it up in a ponytail or bun. Occasionally I've gone almost a week and there's really no need for hairspray on that last day. My hair has turned into an impenetrable fortress. I think it may actually shed water when it gets that bad.

  7. Three days ago I took my bra off in the living room while I was watching tv and it's still there on the floor. Classy.

  9. This is hysterical! I am visiting from The Shabby Chic Cottage. So glad you commented and I found your site. You are so brave to admit some of your "truth be tolds" but I think we can all relate to a few.
